  • Once delivery is accepted, no claims for damage, defect, or wrong item will be entertained.

  • No returns or refunds are allowed after the product has been accepted at delivery.

  • Any issues such as damage, defect, or mismatch must be reported immediately during delivery with video evidence.

  • After delivery acceptance, Amrit Varsha Mart holds no liability for any complaints related to product condition or quality.

  • However, slight variations in color, size, or packaging may occur due to screen differences or manufacturer updates.

  • Such minor variations do not qualify as product defects.
